Newsletters, Gift Vouchers and Other Offers

These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us either by telephone on 01904 707829, by email at: ruth@zakandflo.co.uk or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Zak and Flo to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Zak and Flo for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt as specified in by the DTIs Distance Selling Regulations. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. The refund will have reasonable deductions made for the original postage & packaging costs and administration charges and will be made within 30 days of return.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. All returns are the responsibility of the sender and we advise that they are sent "signed for" with appropriate insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Zak and Flo Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Our Guarantee to You

If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 3 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.

UK and Overseas Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within three working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

While Zak and Flo uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Zak and Flo will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
